Independent Contractor Agreement
This agreement defines your independent contractor relationship with Nova Media, including service standards, client non-solicitation, intellectual property assignment, confidentiality, and equipment responsibility.
1. Services You agree to deliver photography or videography services assigned through Nova Media in a professional manner.
2. Contractor Status You are an independent contractor and remain responsible for taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
3. Intellectual Property Media created for Nova Media assignments is treated as work made for hire and assigned to the company.
4. Confidentiality Client data, pricing, methods, and internal process details remain confidential.
5. Equipment Company equipment must be returned in the same condition, normal wear excepted.
6. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
